You might be wondering what the heck a closing mini session is and I’m here to explain it to you! One of my friends here in town is a real estate agent with Seiler Home Group. She and her husband Bobby are amazing and we’ve become fast friends over the past year! Melanie is a go-getter, passionate about what she does and even more so, passionate about creating an incredible experience for her clients.
So we were brainstorming over a glass of wine one night on how to enhance that experience even further and an idea popped in my head… and here’s some real & raw bts for ya to enjoy!
What if we team up together to offer HER clients a free session with me when they close on their home? BRILLIANT. So now when her clients close, they are given access to a private portal on my website to book a time slot with me. All the “business” stuff is handled between Melanie’s team and myself and all her clients have to do is be ready for pictures with me! These sessions are only about 15 minutes long and super fun! We’ve set up the process to make it as easy as possible to coordinate all the logistics and so far it’s been amazing. I wanted to share with you our FIRST closing mini session! It was absolutely perfect and now this sweet couple has updated photos to hang on the walls of their new home!
If you’re in the market to buy or sell your home, Seiler Home Group is your golden ticket! Melanie hustles hard for her clients and I’ve witnessed first hand just how much. I swear her phone never stops buzzing, haha! I love all that they do and love this new thing they’re doing for clients and that I get to be a part of it! These sessions can be outside or inside the home, too. So thank you Melanie, for allowing me to be part of this with your clients because I think it’s amazing and I think Bobby and Melanie are truly wonderful human beings. Anyone who gets to work with them is so lucky!
