Beautiful South Fork Rustic Wedding in the Pacific Northwest
As a wedding photographer, relationships with my clients are built and established over a pretty significant amount of time from booking to their engagement session and of course, the wedding day (and beyond!) Kenadee and Rob booked me back in 2018 and it’s been a joy to get to know them over the past year!
They tied the knot at a newer venue here in Southwest Washington called South Fork River Lodge. This was my first wedding here and I absolutely loved it!
These two met when Kenadee was working at Dairy Queen and Rob was in the drive thru back in 2015! They began chatting and the rest is history!
Rob proposed on Christmas Eve, 2018.
They were going to Rob’s grandparent's house on Christmas Eve and before they went inside, Rob brought Kenadee up to this spot on their property. She described this spot saying that it has an amazing view of Raymond and she would like to one day build a house up there! When they got up there he said "Let's go look for some elk," it's a woodsy area and he needed to bring her to a specific spot because he made a huge heart out of wisteria vines. So they got to the heart and he got down on one knee, took the ring box out of his sock, and popped the question! Of course she said yes! His sister was hiding behind a stump and got pictures of the whole thing. I mean seriously — so cute!
From the get-go, Kenadee and Rob have been so easy and fun to work with. Their love is very evident and I couldn’t be more honored to have been alongside them to capture all the special moments throughout the day! The flow of the entire day was totally seamless and smooth. I could tell that they were simply so excited and ready to become Husband and Wife.
Thank you Kenadee and Rob for being amazing and reminding me once again why I love being a wedding photographer! I had an amazing day with you and hope you absolutely love the images below… I can’t wait to show you everything!
