  • What's included?

    What's included will depend on your chosen package. I offer two different package options here at Emma Rose Company. Please inquire for full pricing guide PDF.

  • How long does it take?

    Depending on your package, you can expect your project to take between 6-10 weeks.

  • Do you offer branding?

    I do offer custom branding! However, this is only offered as an add-on option with either of my web design packages.

  • Do you only work with photographers?

    No! I love to work with any creative entrepreneurs and have been lucky to serve not only photographers but florists, event planners, real estate agents and more. I love learning about different industries and helping my clients stand out online.

  • Do you have a portfolio?

    I sure do! Head on over to the web design page and you'll see my portfolio at the bottom of the page!

  • Do I have to provide anything before we begin the project?

    Yes! You will have some homework before I can get started on your project and all of this will be explained in detail to you so there's no confusion on what I'll need from you!

  • Do you work with website platforms other than Squarespace?

    At this time, I solely work with the Squarespace platform.

  • Will I learn how to use my website?

    Oh, yes! I don't believe in building sites my clients can't actually USE. As an ERC client, you'll have lifetime access to my Client Portal and private Facebook group full of resources, tutorials and more to help you maintain your website.

  • Do you offer printing services for brand collateral like business cards?

    This service can be an add-on with either of my web design packages at additional cost.

  • How do you accept payments?

    All payments are processed online via Honeybook (not sure what that is? No problem, you'll be familiarized with it in my Welcome Magazine!) Honeybook accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers.

  • I'm ready to book, how do we get started?

    Click on the contact page and fill out the form! Once I gather some more detail from you, my assistant and I will be in touch to send you all the information you need to make a final decision. Once you're ready, you'll receive a custom proposal that you can sign online and pay my package retainer fee to secure a spot on the calendar! Once I have those items, we're official and I can then send you a copy of my in-depth Welcome Magazine that walks you through the entire process.

 

Photography FAQS

  • How long have you been a photographer?

    I have been a full time wedding photographer for 3 years.  I love every single moment of it!

  • What equipment do you use?

    Bodies: Canon 5d Mark IV, Canon 5d Mark III,  Lenses:  Sigma Art 35mm, Canon 50mm, Canon 100mm, Canon 85mm 1.2 Assorted flashes and lighting equipment to ensure you receive high quality photos in any lighting situation

  • Where are you based?

    I currently reside in South Bend, WA,  I've always called the Pacific Northwest my home.

  • Can I see full wedding galleries?

    Of course! Send me a note through the contact page and I'll send you a link!

  • How many photographers are included in your packages?

    You will either have one or two photographers depending on which wedding collection you choose.

  • Do you travel?

    Oh, yes!  I absolutely love to travel and feel inspired by any new location I get to explore with my camera in hand!

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, I am!

  • Do you edit all the photos?

    Yes, I edit every image.  I look through every single photograph to ensure they are absolutely perfect and ready to print!

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Weddings are delivered in 8 weeks or less.  Portrait sessions are delivered 4 weeks or less.  I work very hard to get photographs to you as quickly as possible with ensuring proper time is spent on my editing process to finalize your online gallery.

  • Who has copyright?

    While I'll retain the copyright of the images from your wedding day, my contract gives personal print and media permissions to my clients for any non-commercial usage. If you have any concerns about privacy, please let me know.

  • Can I share my pictures on social media?

    Of course!  I want you to share your images on social media!  The only thing I request is to please do not alter my images in any way with filters, etc.  It would be like painting over a beautiful painting.  As a photographer, I'm an artist and it goes beyond much more than taking a picture and sending it to you.  Every image is hand edited with careful attention to detail.  When my images are transformed in any way, it is a misrepresentation of my work.

  • Do you have vendors you love to work with?

    Of course!  I'd LOVE to send you my preferred vendor list but I will happily work with ANY vendor you choose to ensure your day is nothing short of magical.

  • How do we book you?

    To make things official between us, I'll simply need a signed contract and retainer of $1,500 which holds your wedding date on my calendar.

 

General Faqs

  • Can I use your email content, social media posts, blog posts, or other content?

    All of my original designs and content are protected under copyright law. Please do not use my images, content or designs without contacting me.

  • Will you be a guest on my blog, podcast or website?

    It would be an honor! Send me an email at [email protected] and we'll go from there!

  • Are you open to collaborations or taking on any new opportunities?

    At this point in time, I'm currently booked with projects but absolutely love to work with like-minded creatives and always open to learning more and hearing about new ideas. Feel free to email me with those ideas and I'll be happy to give it consideration.

  • I have a question about my own business and would love some feedback, can you give me advice?

    Trust me when I tell you that I wish I had the ability to talk with each one of you personally, but my time is limited. I am a mama, running four different avenues of my business, working with clients and right now, those are my priority. I try to answer every email that comes my way but please understand that out of respect for my clients and family, they come first. I do offer one-on-one mentoring sessions so be sure to read more about that and if you think it would be a good fit for you at this time.
