A CLASSIC ENGAGEMENT SHOOT ON ROSE RANCH
Have you even spent time with new people who just make you feel like you can totally be yourself? It truly is one of the best feelings! This is how I felt with Kalle and Sterling whom I actually got to meet one week prior to their engagement session at another wedding I was photographing (Kalle’s best friend - view that wedding here!) These two are so laid back and easy to be around. Their engagement session was filled with laughter and joy and I loved every second of it! You simply can’t help but love being around these two and I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am for their upcoming wedding in October!
Sterling and Kalle met in college while attending Central Washington University and she told me that they met literally three days before graduation! I mean seriously… talk about fate! They have been together for just under four years and due to an upcoming trip to Hawaii, Kalle was SURE that’s where Sterling would propose but he had other plans! He proposed to her at Enchant in Seattle which is a huge Christmas light show at Safeco Field. She was completely shocked!
Kalle works in Apparel product development at Unionbay Sportswear and Sterling works at Cadman as a sales rep and he also does graphic design on the side! I love meeting fellow designers because it’s a huge passion of mine!
I just love their story and that I get to document this part of it! Kalle and Sterling, thank you for being such fun people and for dodging cow pies with me on Rose Ranch!
