I had the incredible privilege of meeting and hanging out with Sam McFarlen recently in Palm Desert, California!  We met for the first time at the airport bright and early on the way down and spent four amazing days and nights together (along with Bixby + Pine and Rogue Styling!)  For more on WHY I was in California in the first place... check out THIS post!  

On Sam and Taylor's last day in Palm Desert we planned an impromptu sunrise session in the desert!

It was perfect.  In the post I mentioned above, I talk about this spot I found just up the road from my parent's place.  It's magical.  I also did a family session out there that you can check out HERE!  That one was a sunset session and just as dreamy as this one!  Sam put on a killer gown from A & Bé Bridal Shop and rocked it!  I've followed Sam on social media for quite awhile and have always been drawn to her style and presence.  It was a treat to get her in front of MY camera!  I'm still overwhelmed by the experience we had in Palm Desert together and I think we are set on making this an annual thing because it was just that good.
